Users of the new blink Android TV firmware have reported that the on screen keyboard is not responding, or the OK button does not work.
This fault is caused by one of two reasons.
You have a semi compatible smart TV
Your remote control is not yet updated
To overcome this issue...
Firstly, if you are connecting using a direct network cable, remove the network cable from the device.
On the blink first time usage setup screen, it will ask you if you have a tablet or phone, select NO.
Then, select the SKIP option on the WiFi selection screen.
Complete the setup.
From the main homescreen menu, select SETTINGS, select KEYBOARD, select CURRENT KEYBOARD, select LEANKEY.
Your on-screen keyboard and remote will now function normally.
To complete the rest of the setup reattach your network cable or select the WiFi option from your homscreen.
Once you are connected, select Google play to login for the first time.
