Some users of the new Blink VPN service are receiving notifications from certain apps (Such as IPLAYER) that they are outside of the UK.
This is not a fault with the Blink VPN service as such and is related to the speed of which you are attempting to connect after powering on the VPN router.
- Please allow at least up to 5 minutes after powering on the BlinkVPN router with a USB cable before you attempt to connect to it and use a geo restricted application.
Ensure the application you are using (Iplayer again as an example) is FULLY closed from the memory of your device
Make sure the light on the router is Solid blue and is not flashing at all
Disconnect and reconnect to the BlinkVPN wifi network
