We have recently released firmware for the CCT V2 and V3 TV hub devices to allow you to continue using the device beyond its warranty of September 2020.
If you are hoping to use the device beyond September 2020, we highly recommend that you contact us and arrange the update to be completed for you.
We may request that you send the device back to us for upgrade
We may be able to upgrade your device using remote support
This upgrade is not possible on the V1 CCT tv hub.
Why is V1 not supported?
The device hardware is incapable or supporting the new firmware, and the device is now not within its manufacturers warranty.
What device do I have?
V1 = Digital clock display on front, with POWER button on the top
V2 = No Digital clock display on front, no POWER button on top and has light emitters under the front
V3 = Square shaped, with a Digital clock display on front, no POWER button
