Is there a way to determine if the Blink Server is off line, or if it is our mobile network provider that is having issues? Last evening (March 29) at 10:45 just at the penultimate part of the TV show, our program stopped and we were not able to access any channel. I have no idea if it was the Blink server or the mobile network our 4G wifi router is accessing.
I have found previously, if the channel feed stops, to just go to the menu, scroll up about 10 channels, select and begin viewing, and then I can exit back to the program guide and go back to the channel I was watching and I can access it just fine again.
However, when all the channels only get the spinning "death" icon, I have no idea if it is Blink having a problem or my mobile provider. Thanks for any suggestions you might have. Regards, Tom
