There are a lot of new users to the CCT Live Hub and it's good to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about the application and services available.
Q. Where can I get my login details from?
A. Your login details will be sent to you privately until we have a more secure way to provide them to you via your website account details.
Q. Why is there an option of 2 servers and can I use both?
A. We have 2 servers which cater for different needs of users. Server 1 is the most commonly used server and provides a priority on English spoken TV. Server 1 also has an exclusive 48 hour catchup service which is not available on the other server. You cannot use both servers as your subscription is set for one server only. A second subscription is required to access both servers. Server 0 has priority on English spoken TV and also has a multilingual on demand service. This server is more appropriate for users and families with multiple language speaking members. French on demand is the main use of this server.
Q. The TV Guide shows no information, what can I do?
A. Sometimes, depending on the timing of your TV box being turned on / off it can disrupt the timing for the automatic download of programme information. To overcome this you can simply use the menu at the top right of the screen (within Live Hub) and select 'Refresh TV Guide'
Q. My favourite sporting event does not show in the channels list
A. Select the menu at the top right of the screen (within Live Hub) and select 'Refresh TV Channels'. Live sporting events usually will not appear until 1 hour before the event starts and may not be during the time of your automatic channel download.
