Some users of the TV box / TV hub are reporting issues with the device freezing to the point where you have to remove the power cable and re-insert it.
This has been diagnosed as a fault with the Google app.
To overcome this fault, please open the play store from the device, ensure you have logged in correctly using your google account.
Then search for "Google" and click either Install / Update or Uninstall. If you have to uninstall first, be sure to install it again fresh.
After a full update of the Google app, you can then update the "Assistant" application also to further prevent issues of freezing.
Because of a change in the privacy protection, the google application sometimes fails to automatically update.
Automatic updates will not be available if you have not signed in to the google play store with your google account at least once.
