Our Terms of Service
(Including VPN Subscription usage terms)
It is vital for you to understand our terms of service when using our VPN enabled platforms.
For your security, we must enforce these terms to ensure fair usage and a quality of service for all other users.

By starting and creating a subscription to any plan that we offer, you agree to adhere to the following terms of service and our VPN usage policies. They are as follows.
​
1. A subscription is strictly only to be used on 1 device unless specified in your subscription / plan description or that is of our Family based plans.
Using multiple devices as a part of our Family VPN plan means that you agree to use each device within the same home, and on the same broadband / internet connection.
Sharing the account information with other users or utilising on none compliant hardware allows us the right to cancel your plan and block your connection with immediate effect.

2. Using our VPN / Third party VPN is absolutely essential at all times to access any streaming services that are not natively available to the country that you have purchased your subscription from. This is most common in France and Spain. If we feel that you are not utilising a VPN for this, we hold the right to suspend your account. Account suspensions are permanent and cannot be reversed. Refunds will not be made available.

3. You agree with our security check procedure. This security check allows our service to remain secure for your own protection, and allows us to provide a more stable service to you. The security check is mostly automatic, but on occasions you will be asked to utilise a new IP address whilst using our VPN. Static IP addresses used on company registered broadband connections are also forbidden to prevent loss of service. Our security check may sometimes be made manually. This check provides us with information on how our users are utilising our service within the correct terms.

4. We reserve the right to block your access if we detect that you are accessing service for unfair or illegal purposes. Information about your own usage is kept private but may be given to authorities if requested.

5. Your subscription must only be used in conjunction with a certified device type supplied by Blink connect France / EULINK (Please see the devices available in our store). Installing your subscription to a none compliant device will result in your account being terminated without refund. Your device must be Google TV certified (e.x., Your remote control must have a Netflix or YouTube button present or using Android TV OS 11+) And / or is purchased directly from us which contains a Blink certified firmware sticker underneath that includes a QR code / Barcode.

6. Our VPN service is natively installed to our Blink Hub / Eulink receiver. Sharing / Extracting the application or the login information to other users is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination without refund.

7. You have the right to cancel at anytime with no questions asked unless you have purchased in full for a term longer than 1 month of which cannot be cancelled.
Your subscription will be made available to you for the full term. ​

8. Your payment method (ex, your payment card) information may expire during your subscription term, thus causing the payment to fail. This will cause your service to be suspended after the monthly term is completed. Please ensure your card and payment information is kept upto date at all times within your user account on our website.

9. Resale of our VPN service or our products are strictly prohibited without consent from us directly.

10. Failure to adhere to any of the previous 9 terms above may result in your account being suspended. We will not issue any refund to you if you have been permanently suspended, and remaining balances will cover our administration and technician fees. Your monthly payment plan will further be cancelled after the monthly term has completed.
Any outstanding payments / balance to your account will still apply and will be chargeable. Non-payment can result in recovery of which may incur further extra charges.
